LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) assists in reducing edema/inflammation, aids in immune function, and is a powerful nervous system reset. Light, rhythmic touch leaves you deeply relaxed while swelling melts away.

    Post- op recommendations:

    • Pre-book your sessions before your surgery. Your first session should be at least 5 days post-op.

    • Book 30 or 60 minutes depending on the extent of your surgery. Include any surgical information in your intake form.

    • Start with 2 sessions a week for the first 2 weeks post-op, and taper down as your healing progresses.
