    What to expect:

    • Available as a focused intraoral session with facial massage, around 30 minutes.

    • Time spent in the mouth is around 15 minutes.

    • Additional time booked gives time for work on other areas of the body.

lymphatic drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage assists in reducing inflammation and swelling from injury / surgery. It also aids in immune function, and promotes deep relaxation. Light, rhythmic touch leaves you deeply relaxed while swelling melts away.

  • Gentle lymphatic drainage to calm the nervous system, reduce inflammation, and support your body’s natural flow.

    Can be helpful for:

    • Immune support: supporting lymph flow and circulation of immune cells.

    • Detoxification support: helps your body clear metabolic waste products more efficiently (your lymph system already does this; massage just stimulates flow).

    • Skin health & appearance: reduces puffiness, dark circles, and can improve tone by decreasing stagnant fluid.

    • Postpartum recovery: reduces swelling and supports fluid balance after birth.

    • Relaxation / nervous system regulation: the slow, rhythmic technique activates the parasympathetic nervous system → lowering stress and promoting calm.

    • Digestive support: techniques can help with bloating and mild constipation.

    • Headaches / sinus issues: drainage around the face and neck can reduce sinus congestion or tension headaches.

    • Hormonal & menstrual support: indirectly, through reducing bloating, pelvic congestion, and stress load.

    • Athletic recovery: helps clear lactic acid and metabolic waste from muscles after training.

What It Doesn’t Do (common myths):

    • It won’t “melt fat.” 2-3 pounds can be temporarily lost from the movement of retained fluid in the body, but this is not permanent weight loss.

    • It doesn’t cure autoimmune disease, cancer, or infections.

    • It’s not a magic detox, your liver/kidneys do the heavy lifting, lymphatics support the process.

  • Specialized lymphatics that supports your healing after surgery or clinical care.

    Beneficial for:

    • Cosmetic surgery

    • Medical surgery

    • Lymphedema

    • Post-trauma edema

    • CVI + varicose veins

    • Fibromyalgia

    What to Expect:

    • Pre-book your sessions before your surgery so you have the times you need, my schedule fills fast!

    • Book your first session to be around 5 days after your surgery.

    • It’s recommended to start with 2 sessions a week for the first 2 weeks after your surgery.

    • Following this, you can continue with twice a week or begin once a week and slowly taper down as your healing progresses.
