• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee to the card on file.

• Fees may be waived with same-day reschedules. This will be considered on a case-by-case basis; fees are not always waived.

• We maintain a clean, quiet environment and sanitize between each guest.

• Massage may not be suitable for certain medical conditions. If you have concerns, consult your healthcare provider before your appointment.

• Out of respect for all, we ask that phones remain silenced during your time here. Please speak softly while moving through the common areas.

• Children and animals are not permitted in the wellness space or waiting areas.
