In 2022, I expanded my long-time massage practice into what is now Little Oasis, a space rooted in connection, care, and the belief that healing happens when we slow down. With over a decade of experience, my work blends the clinical and the intuitive in a deeply restorative setting.
I’m especially drawn to working with the fascia, craniosacral stillness, and the dynamic movement of Thai massage and Trager. These modalities allow me to meet each body with curiosity, and to support your return to balance. I’m grateful to offer this space, and this care to you.
-Kayla McIntyre, Licensed Massage Therapist
“Kayla is amazing in so many ways- her beautiful studio, her music that’s always just right and her intuitive way of knowing what my body needs, she’s truly gifted. ”
the philosophy
The key to health is treating the person, not just the symptoms. My work supports you holistically and honors your nervous system. From there, true healing in the body begins.
In massage, I don’t believe in “no pain, no gain.” When breath can’t move with ease, the body closes and guards- often in response to excessive pressure. Slow, focused work creates the most lasting shifts in the body.
Through collaborative consultation and meeting you where you are, each session supports you exactly how you need. I blend clinical expertise with restorative modalities to guide you back into alignment with ease.

Tipping is never expected. My pricing is all-inclusive; it covers any extras like aromatherapy and CBD, and it reflects both my expenses and the true value of my time.
Massage therapists have been advocating to be recognized as healthcare professionals, not just service providers. I personally prefer to be seen in that light, similar to how you wouldn’t tip your doctor or therapist.
What means the most to me is your continued support, whether that’s booking sessions regularly, sharing kind words in a review or referrals. If you ever choose to leave a tip, I’ll always appreciate the gesture, but please know it’s not required.

No, I don’t offer gift cards/certificates.

Short answer - no.
Those who ask this question are usually looking for a massage with very deep pressure-usually painful- for the entirety of the massage.
I work deep in that I will access the tissues that need it, but the pressure is medium/deep and you can always breathe through it. I don’t work at that depth for the entire massage, either.
If you’re looking to be ‘ beat up’ or have the deepest massage of your life, I’m not the therapist for you, but can refer you to those who offer this.
